Q - Where can I register for my costume?
A - All costume registration can be done via website or email us at thebandenvy@gmail.com.
Q - How do I pay my deposit or final balance?
A - Once you have registered for your chosen option and have received confirmation to pay deposit full transfer details including reference number would be provided via email.
Q - Can I get a refund?
A - All monies paid towards your costume are non refundable and non transferable.
Q - When and where can I collect my costume?
A - Costume distribution dates and location will be confirmed and emailed at a later date.
Q - I am unable to collect my costume, can some collect on my behalf?
A - You are more than welcome to have another person collect your costume, you would need to email us the name of the person collecting your costume and they would need to present one form of ID.
